Bereavement MinistryThe mission of The Bereavement Ministry is to bring comfort, support, understanding and friendship through Faith and the guidance of the Holy Spirit to those who are facing the life changing event of losing someone they love; a spouse, parent, child, friend, companion, pet.
Grief has no manual nor timeline; we all face it differently and we need time and support to transition into the next stage of our lives without our beloved.
Part of grieving is remembering and honoring the departed and a way of moving forward without losing the connection we had with those who preceded us in death. It is a heart-aching courageous journey that at times is hard to navigate and that may take us in different paths, however one that can bring us closer to God if we open our hearts to him.
This confidential group will offer Hope and Faith and through sharing, will help you keep the memories alive.
Please join us the first Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m in the Ministry Center – 215 NE 10th Ave.
