Nursing Home/Assisted Living/Homebound Ministry
Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist visit and bring the Sacrament of Communion to homebound Catholics in area nursing homes and assisted-living facilities. These trained lay persons bring The Eucharist to the sick and aged, and with it the spirit of the whole Catholic community.
